Product Overview
The RI80A Series Non-Inductive High Voltage Glass Glaze Film Resistors are specially engineered for high-voltage, AC, pulse, discharge, and high-frequency circuits. Based on the proven RI80 platform, the RI80A series utilizes a full-surface glass glaze resistive film technology with a non-inductive design, delivering exceptional stability, high pulse load capability, and extremely low inductance.
Unlike conventional high-voltage resistors, the RI80A series is designed to eliminate arc tracking under high-voltage conditions while maintaining an inductance value below 10mH. This makes it particularly suitable for high-frequency generators, RF equipment, pulse power systems, electrostatic devices, and high-voltage power supplies where inductance must be minimized.
The resistor element is fully coated with a fired glass glaze film, providing excellent insulation, moisture resistance, thermal stability, and long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments.
