Description
2CLG50 series high voltage fast recovery rectifier diodes offer 500mA average forward current, VRRM up to 20KV, peak surge 30A, and ultra-fast trr 0.1μs. Low forward voltage, low leakage current (5μA@25°C / 50μA@100°C). They are housed in a compact axial lead package (starting from φ4.2×15mm) suitable for automatic insertion and space-constrained PCBs.
