Product Overview
The 2CL72A High Voltage Rectifier Diode is a compact and reliable 10kV silicon high voltage diode designed for high voltage rectification applications. It features a 10,000V repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM), 5mA average forward current, low reverse leakage current, and fast recovery characteristics.
The 2CL72A adopts a high voltage PN junction structure with excellent electrical stability, making it suitable for high voltage power supplies, microwave oven circuits, CRT display power supplies, X-ray equipment, electrostatic devices, and voltage multiplier circuits.
