Extremely Short 5mm Body Length

At only 5mm long, this is one of the shortest 8KV/10mA high voltage diodes available. Fits into ultra-compact HV modules, portable devices, and space-constrained PCBs where traditional HV diodes cannot go.

Ultra-Thin φ0.5mm Leads

The 0.5mm lead diameter allows easy insertion into fine-pitch through-holes, dense PCB layouts, and flexible wiring harnesses – perfect for miniaturized electronics.

Ultra-Small φ2.5mm Body Diameter

Only 2.5mm wide – achieves up to 8KV breakdown voltage in a body thinner than many low-voltage diodes. Excellent voltage density.

10mA Current Capability

Delivers 10mA average forward current – double the typical 5mA of similarly-sized HV diodes. Higher output power without increasing size.

Ultra-Fast Recovery (80ns)

80ns recovery time reduces switching losses, minimizes heat generation, and enables high-frequency operation (20kHz–100kHz) in compact HV power supplies.

Very Low Leakage (2µA max)

Only 2µA reverse leakage at 25°C – critical for battery-powered portable devices and energy-efficient standby operation.

0.5A Surge Capability

Withstands 0.5A peak surge current – survives power-on inrush, repetitive spark discharge, and capacitor charging events.

Wide Voltage Range (3KV – 8KV)

Four voltage grades (3KV/4KV/6KV/8KV) in the exact same miniature package – easy voltage scaling without PCB redesign.

120°C Storage Temperature

Suitable for high-temperature environments, enclosed chassis, and long-duration continuous operation.
