The 2CLG20 series minimizes switching losses and improves efficiency in high-frequency applications.

Fast Recovery – trr ≤ 0.1µS , significantly reduces switching losses in high-frequency inverters.

Two Axial Package Options:

- Large body: Φ7.5×22mm / lead Φ1.2mm (for 20KV~30KV, enhanced insulation distance)

Selection Guide & Performance Differences
- 2CLG2006/2008/2010/2012 – Compact Φ4.2mm package, voltage range 6KV~12KV. Forward voltage rises slightly with higher voltage (15V to 24V). Ideal for space-constrained HV modules.
- 2CLG0220R & 2CLG0230 – Larger Φ7.5mm package for 20KV and 30KV. Typical VF = 36V and 46V respectively. All models share the same 0.1µS recovery time and 5µA leakage current, simplifying design.
- For continuous 200mA operation at high ambient temperature, consider forced air cooling or heatsinking if needed.
