The HVP-16 High Voltage Silicon Stack Rectifier is a high-performance semiconductor rectifier designed for RF welding machines, high frequency equipment, industrial high voltage power supplies and high voltage DC conversion systems.
With a 16KV repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) and 1A average forward current (IF(AV)), HVP-16 provides reliable high voltage rectification with excellent surge capability, low leakage current and stable thermal performance.
The compact silicon stack structure integrates multiple high voltage diode chips in series, providing high insulation strength and long service life in demanding industrial environments.
High voltage silicon stacks are commonly manufactured by connecting multiple high voltage diode chips in series and encapsulating them with insulation materials to achieve higher voltage capability and reliability.
