HV-6X2P1 High Voltage Bidirectional Protection Diode
The HV-6X2P1 High Voltage Bidirectional Protection Diode is a specially designed silicon avalanche diode for protecting high voltage electronic circuits against abnormal voltage surges and transient overvoltage conditions.
The device integrates two high voltage protection junctions:
* D1 high voltage protection diode
* D2 secondary protection diode
This structure provides bidirectional voltage protection performance and improves the reliability of high voltage systems.
