Description
HPB series high voltage fast recovery diodes offer 1KV to 10KV blocking voltage, forward current from 1.5A to 5.0A, ultra-fast 150ns recovery, and high surge capability up to 80A. Extremely low forward voltage (as low as 1.2V) and low reverse leakage (5μA@25°C). The HPB series is available in two mechanical configurations to fit different PCB layouts.
