The 2CL83 fast recovery high-voltage diode is engineered for high-frequency rectification in medical, industrial, and scientific applications. With a maximum reverse recovery time of 120nS, it significantly reduces switching losses and heat generation in high-frequency power supplies. The ultra-low reverse leakage current (≤2μA) ensures precision in high-impedance circuits, while the robust HV package provides reliable protection against arcing and corona discharge. This diode is particularly suited for X-ray generators, ozone production systems, electrostatic precipitators, voltage multipliers, and capacitor charging power supplies.
